05. Customised and standard generator sets
We investigate and, following a preliminary study, we develop special and customised solutions which are made possible, to a great extent, thanks to our strong technical capacity that allows us to make a difference. In the Genesal Energy project office, each case is analysed down to the last millimetre of detail, always in direct contact with the client. Feasibility analyses and exhaustive planning is performed before executing each project.
In addition to special generator sets, we offer a wide range of reliable and efficient standard generator sets, highly competitive both in quality and price.

We design all generator sets from scratch, meeting the needs of each sector and each installation. We manufacture the most advanced generators for all types of applications: power plants, substations, combined cycle plants, DPCs, hospitals, airports, business centres, offices, military installations, from small projects to massive infrastructures alike.
07. Extreme climates, our speciality
We manufacture reliable generator sets that are capable of working in extreme conditions, both at low temperatures (-30 °C), and at desert climates (+55 °C), or those that can work in adverse weather events such as cyclones, tropical storms, and hurricanes, in addition to our work in seismic areas.

The manufacture of special equipment is customised to the client’s requirements. Just as with standard equipment, it is manufactured at Genesal Energy using the leading brands on the market, in the first case choosing the materials that are best suited to the project, and in the second case, those with the best quality-price ratio. Quality is the best guarantee of our work. We check every step of the manufacturing process and test all generator sets up to 110% power. Our pre-sales testing and after-sales service are rigorous. The safety protocol, together with the start-up service, is also a key part of the process.
09. After-sales service: a benchmark in remote and multi-brand management
The Technical Assistance Service (TAS) is in charge of the maintenance, installation, and repair of the generator sets and offers specialised attention. It is a benchmark service in predictive maintenance (remote management and remote supervision), considerably shortening times in case of breakdowns, and also in multi-brand service.
