Total insulation

This type of gensets are built with an acoustic isolation canopy that mitigates the noise generated by the engine, alternator and fan. We start from the pressure or acoustic power of the generator in its open version and reduce it according to the client’s requirements, at a specific distance.
Selection of sound-absorbing materials
We use sound-absorbing foam, rock wool, sound-absorbing foils and other components to achieve the most effective sound attenuation.
Noise traps
If necessary, we add baffles, special silencers that absorb and deflect sound waves, achieving the desired level of silence.
Optimised enclosure.
Depending on the level of attenuation required, we can start with a standard canopy with extras or design a completely customised enclosure.
