For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At GENESAL ENERGY IB, S.A. we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:
- To respond to your requests for information and to send the informational material requested.
- To keep you informed of future services similar to those you have requested in the consultancy and engineering sector that may be of interest to you, as well as any other relevant informational matter in line with your request for information.

Pursuant to Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, GENESAL ENERGY IB, S.A. informs you that it may use the telephone numbers and email addresses provided to keep you informed about your requests for information or, where applicable, about future recruitment processes, as well as any other matter that enables us to respond to your requests. You give your express consent for GENESAL ENERGY IB, S.A. to use them for this specific purpose.
Sending your data to the company is voluntary and only data relating to persons of legal age may be recorded; the company therefore considers that any person providing their data expressly accepts its processing for the stated purpose. If you submit another person's personal data, entering your own details as the sender, we understand that you do so because the data subject has asked you to and that the data subject consents to and accepts all the conditions set out in this document. In this context, any entity belonging to the GENESAL ENERGY IB, S.A.
