Sustainable buildings and local employment

One of our projects in Pacific Asia has allowed us to participate in three very interesting projects where the exclusivity of the facilities and sustainability are combined. They are three housing complexes in the Philippines in exclusive residential areas which are close to great urban areas such as the cities of Davao or Makati.

Our company designed an emergency network to guarantee supply in the event of a mains failure which would affect the apartments, shops and offices of Patio Suites, Viento Tower and Callisto, housing estates distributed across seven towers where hundreds of families reside and whose construction entailed a boost in local employment and development. Hiring locally and the use of sustainable materials were prioritized.

Each of the generator sets manufactured at Genesal Energy features a special solution as not all buildings are the same.
