On the international market, one of our new projects has taken us to the island of Trinidad and Tobago where we have reinforced the safety of a hospital complex.
Providing emergency backup power to hospitals is one of Genesal Energy’s hallmarks. Both in international and domestic projects such as the refurbishment of the 12 de Octubre Hospital in Madrid.
Two 1.500 kVA generators capable of prevent power failures in just seconds.
We supervised the design, manufacturing, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment which must work in a fail-safe environment.
Conditions in Trinidad and Tobago for the installation of generating sets
Besides, Trinidad and Tobago, represented a greater challenge for our engineering department as it is a Caribbean hurricane-beaten zone where power cuts are quite usual due to the weather conditions.
Our proposal was to provide our customer with two 1.500 kVA generator sets. Powerful and sturdy machinery adapted to withstand severe adverse weather conditions.
Furthermore, the generator sets were fitted with – 40 decibel baffles to ensure a low noise level and container integrated fuel tanks for maritime transport to destination.
