Structural robustness and environmental resistance

Structural robustness and mobility

Reinforced chassis and bodywork to withstand severe twisting forces during transport over unpaved, off-road terrain. These include reinforced lifting points for cranes and skids designed to be towed by tracked military vehicles or pushed by heavy machinery.

Impact resistance

A design capable of withstanding drops or impacts from stones during air or ground transport.

Dust and particle protection

Enhanced IP protection offering high resistance to dust, sand and airborne particles, ensuring continuous operation in the most extreme desert or tactical conditions.

Water and moisture resistance

Highly water- and moisture-resistant enclosure, designed to withstand torrential rain and direct water spray without compromising generator operation.

Operation in extreme weather conditions

High-capacity engine coolant jacket preheating systems, specialist glow plugs, oversized batteries with thermal blankets, and high-capacity air filtration systems with sand/dust separators for desert environments.

Discretion and tactical protection

Acoustic attenuation

Soundproof enclosures designed to make the generator undetectable at close range in forward command posts.

Reduced thermal signature

Exhaust and cooling systems designed to disperse heat rapidly, preventing infrared viewing devices from locating the generator.

Chemical protection and reduced infrared signature

CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating): specialist paint finishes resistant to chemical and biological agents, designed not to reflect light and to absorb infrared radiation.

Tactical lighting management

Lighting management system that switches between normal mode (high-intensity white LED lighting for maintenance) and combat mode for tactical operations.

Energy performance and operational compatibility

High power density

Ultra-compact, high-power-density design, optimised to maximise power output while minimising installation space and facilitating logistical deployment.

Military fuel compatibility

Engines designed to run not only on commercial diesel but also on military aviation fuels such as JP-8 or F-34 (kerosene with military additives).
